moving agian sadly..

as land lord wants me out in 30 days as have no thing but a month to month arrangement..Is hard as I have cats and a dog as you may know if you rent also with pets. So..
Went on a wild goose chase today looking at possible apartment and home rentals and did nothing but waste our time and gas and money thanks to slum lord Phil Gellar in Hillsdale,Columbia County,NY. Phil has a cockroach infested placewiht welfare tenants hanging around doing nothing and a mess all in the front and an abismal road to come in ..He really blows and so do all slumlords like him! He gave us lousy directions even and we went through the forest and had deer and sheep walk across the road in fron of us as we passed wild turkey and horses and black angus! NUTS. Beware renters is all i can say.

As a courtesy i am listing his name and now some more past slumlords i met since renting....Morgan Kraus in CAiro, NY 40 Grove St. property. he lives in NJ. Perry HOlst at my present location another absentee landlord who resides in Locust VAlley,ny...he owns 19 and 21 VAn Buren Drive cottages in Cairo, NY..and the corner house and the one next to it also on Grove St, CAiro. He is obnoxious,money hungry and fixes noothing! He rents the cottage i have ben living in ..year round and it is unweathrized and has mold. My sinuses have been killing me and i can't brathe well, since arrival,ugh..Roger Ploof in Albany NY landlord owns property near the YMCA and is a notorious slum lord apparently who takes advantage of the predicament many poor people face in trying to find adequate affordable housing...
These people really burn me up. I am offering a service to prospective renters by telling them of these clowns. You should do the same in your town to protect your neighbor as knowledge is power and in this case, ignorance is NOT bliss.

Entrecard, Where the H#$@ are YOU?

There are many things I find annoying about Entrecard and the internet in general but I would have to say that trying to find some idiots' Entrecards on their lame blogs, has to be the most aggravating of all. Lately I have to sift through about 10 agitize blogs who are also on Entrecard so is really confusing. Many popular blogs have no visible entrecard on them. Not sure how they get drops or are popular then. Maybe it's a secret club I need to join to find out.

Well..from now on I got news for you. If I can't find your entrecard at the beginning of your page,not necessarily above the fold. I am gone! You'd be wise to do the same..ugh.

Entrecard Droppers (Entrecarders) BEWARE..

I just spent $ 85. to have my computer repaired after fit caught a virus from a site I had dropped on. Yes I evenhad virus protection but..I got a popup saying I had a virus and my virus protection deleted it and then it came up agian and said did you want to delete it. I did but this time I did using the virus software by mistake unknowingly and it erased my virus protection! NUTS..Not sure why people do this. Guess they have nothing better to do' I can tell you that what with living on a disability check (not what I make being with Entrecard for sure..) or even from my business selling jewelry as is slow too..I'm not sure what blog had the malware on it butf''be careful is all i have to say.

I am disenchanted with Entrecard anyway now especially with the latest action by them of not crediting us for drops from visitors. I think this blows as people can only drop if you take the time to advertise which I do. Mind you I don't pay money for it but i do in time. From now on I willl be rarely visiting Entrecard as quite frankly, I can't afford it!

I was as my landlord gave me a 3 days to vacate my apartment notice as my rent check accidentally had bounced. He had left a nasty message over the wek end on my machine and yesterday a letter was hand-delivered by the sheriff. NIce huh? Well it is sraightened out now as Social Services helped me out as i have no money to give him now as is too late in the month. If knew sooner I would or could.

I need to move anyway as my place is simply a 'dump'. Do you live in a dump! Can you relate to any of this? Anyway, I needed a lift and i got it here at the 'Abundant Life' blog. The author is a practicing Christian,something rare these days. She has inspiritational quotes from the Bible on her blog like on fruit,faith and works. It lifted my spirtis and will yours as well. 'Come tho you be burdened and heavy laden and you will be ocmforted." my children..

Entrecard ..'0ops you did it again' ..

you played with my heart..should be the theme song (you go Britney!), of this doomed company, me thinks and so do many if you read some posts about Entrecard, on the net. Ziprunner, like Graham langdon, sure knows how to piss people off! Maybe that is their strategy to create buzz?! dunno,don't care!

The latest screwy thing this company has done is to drop credits to blog owners when people drop on them so they get no credit to supposedly save Entrecard some money. How bogus! Why bother? What's in it for blog owners who are loyal to the company is the question..? Why don't they sell ad space to make money for their company like others have done? Supposedly they banned paid ads and paid credits and now I see them again. They say one thing and do another.

I stay and drop some,not alot as I have a life and i think the mad droppers are credited and their content sucks. Why not just write something worth while and share it on mutual blogs? Oh and have a real job that pays or make your money in the real world by designing something or being an artist or something.For many (Man this company blows.) Entrecard is becoming quickly a bitter pill that they don't really need to swallow at all!

My new jewelry and paintings..

The jewelry was made wih beer bottle caps. It includes a necklace,cuff bracelet and earrings. On the necklace i added gemstones oo. i use plyers to push them down and then paint them and add a liquid finish of glass..Also added sprinklers adn nail polish.
