When Going off Prescription Psychiatric Medicine Beware..

of gaining weight!

I had lost alot of weight, if you recall from past posts. I was once 244 lbs but for a short time, til I rediscovered that I needed to watch what I was putting in my mouth..Mostly I was 200 lbs but that was bad too. I had dropped down to 153 lbs. through juicing without dieting or exercising but gained alot of it back when I moved into my cottage before the one I am in now. I had attributed to the fact that I was not as active but now come to think of it the real reason had to do with the fact that I am no longer on prescription psychiatric meds(although my roomie thinks I should be but that is debatatable). I was on Depakote and it acts like a physic or rather it gives you and upset stomach and can cause loose bowel movements that resemble diarrhea. Nice huh? Anyways..

I am back to juicing again..I have not lost any weight but on a positive note, I have not gained any either. this I attribute largely to the fact that I have not put down the chocolate chip cookies yet. I am eating them not because I crave sweets(juicing is supposed to help with the salty and sugary cravings) but because I am used to eating them. Ugh..I still am eating alot of salty snacks too like chips which doesn't help either. All things in due time though..I am having frequent bowel movements and I notice the odor of my stool which had been acidic (as I drink alot of coffee and grapefruit)is not as bad either. I still get heartburn but I hear that should improve also in time. My friend has a juicing cassette that he listens to so we do learn alot about it and the benefits of juicing certain veggies and fruits. He got the tape with the juicer.

I will keep you abreast of my weight loss success folks..

Entrecard Droppers (Entrecarders) BEWARE..

I just spent $ 85. to have my computer repaired after fit caught a virus from a site I had dropped on. Yes I evenhad virus protection but..I got a popup saying I had a virus and my virus protection deleted it and then it came up agian and said did you want to delete it. I did but this time I did using the virus software by mistake unknowingly and it erased my virus protection! NUTS..Not sure why people do this. Guess they have nothing better to do' I can tell you that what with living on a disability check (not what I make being with Entrecard for sure..) or even from my business selling jewelry as is slow too..I'm not sure what blog had the malware on it butf''be careful is all i have to say.

I am disenchanted with Entrecard anyway now especially with the latest action by them of not crediting us for drops from visitors. I think this blows as people can only drop if you take the time to advertise which I do. Mind you I don't pay money for it but i do in time. From now on I willl be rarely visiting Entrecard as quite frankly, I can't afford it!

I get annoyed by the fact that i have remained loyal even with the paid ads controversy and even participated in the 'marketplace' to my loss as i added art work there which sold for peanuts as 1000 ecs is but a buck ,not the $10. i thought! ugh. It seems is what graham does as an entrepreneur. Start companies and sell em when they are worth something.. This new company is an invester,kind of like a venture capitalist. I like the ads with the ecs if nothing else as not like i make any money from it as people stay but 10 secs. for the most part despite the last contest of sorts i did which was to credit frequent visitors and droppers by running ads on their sites along wiht the usual free link they get thru 'top droppers'. I really want buyers and loyal readers but loyalty is rare both in life and on the net,sadly, so money still eludes me although i have managed to do some reviewing for free product in exchange like'Ecocanteen' and their stainless steel eco-friendly bottles. Yes Entrecard has joined forces with some companies and it's a win, WIN situation for them and us if we participate. How?! Well..Netflix for one,who is a company as some of you know, who rents out dvds or videos of movies online without having to have them mailed..they can be downloaded for an affordable fee. For people like me who have no cable, this an atractive offer. For free, you can try them out. If you like them, for just $ 8.99 a month, you can rent as many movies as you wish. Great deal! but..wait! I am supposed to be giving a tip here on Entrecard and putting the link on my blog and tweeting it so..here goes. My tip would be to try these vendors and companies and their products if it's something you would use anyway for free and then if you like it to pay the fee. You can earn some entrecard points to put toward advertising on other people's blogs, if nothing else so no time wasted on your part. Happy blogging folks!
