at Cohoes Public library. Click link to read more about it. Is on Wednesdays from 6-7:30 pm from 2/17/16 for one month. Is free to the public. Some supplies offered but if have, best to bring your own. Mediums Ann Reilly, host, artist from her company, Artzstuf, uses are:knitting with yarn, painting in acrylic and watercolor, drawing with pencil and charcoal and pastels. She also enjoys coloring.

Has become very popular form of relaxation of late. See you there.

Despite the new changes with 'Entrecard' what with Graham selling the company as is what apparently he does as an entrepreneur,start companies,make them viable and then sell them to the highest bidder,without us having any say in the matter,despite the fact we have been loyal and stuck with him and 'Entrecard', but any way..that is another story for another day..and your comments on this are welcomed..

Entrecard Changes for Bloggers Again..

Yes Entrecard has joined forces with some companies and it's a win, WIN situation for them and us if we participate. How?! Well..Netflix for one,who is a company as some of you know, who rents out dvds or videos of movies online without having to have them mailed..they can be downloaded for an affordable fee. For people like me who have no cable, this an atractive offer. For free, you can try them out. If you like them, for just $ 8.99 a month, you can rent as many movies as you wish. Great deal! but..wait! I am supposed to be giving a tip here on Entrecard and putting the link on my blog and tweeting it so..here goes. My tip would be to try these vendors and companies and their products if it's something you would use anyway for free and then if you like it to pay the fee. You can earn some entrecard points to put toward advertising on other people's blogs, if nothing else so no time wasted on your part. Happy blogging folks! I'll be watching you on Netflix, Entrecard and the world wide web,lol..

Oprah & the Big Chicken..

No I did not say Oprah and the Mad Cow! Remember when she went on the war path against cows and their meat from England? Threw her fat butt in a lot of hot water and right into court! Now she's platforming that we all eat fat-free unfried chicken by giving away some chicken at KFC. Apparently alot of people are coming to get something for nothing! Go figure..who would have thought! (smirk) Well she's apparently also concerned about all the people unemployed due to layoffs as a result of our poor economy so she wans them to get a good meal..aw! Isn't that special? No KFC's near me so will wait til I visit my mom in Westchester,NY next week and get mine there. I can't pass up a bargain. lol..(will need a rain check as not honoring coupons due to all the buzz,now) cluck..cluck..I'm sill waiting for her to run for public office! How about you? Apparently Dr. Oz will be leaving the show. Maybe he doesn't like chicken.

"Seventh Generation" is an ex. They make products like recyclable paer made toilet paper and fpaper towels! Their cleaning products like laundry and dish washing detergent, contain no laurel sulfate, which gets in to the drinking water. This is good to protect the earth!

It would normally cost the company money to get people to write for them so why not capitalize on the fact that there are poor people like me out there who are too cheap to buy their stuff,right?

Moms are a great resource to utilize for promoting your product guys! Who knows more about what is best for your kids and you than good ol' mom?! Did you know that paraben, which is found in most body creams and lotions, is a form of gasoline?! So do most candles so look for soyless ones! Don't use baby oil as it contains it too. YOu are better off using a massage oil like Desert Sun taht contains canola or olive oils. This way your skin can breathe. Paraben blocks the skin pores. What is the biggest organ in your body? Your skin! Protect it man!

You also want to avoid preservatives like MSG and nitrates often found in Oscar Meyer, sorry guys! YOu are better off using natural meats. Also avoid dyes like red,blue.. Avoid by product in dog food and additives in our food and artificial flavorings.. Read the labels guys!! Happy shopping and as always..Here's to your health!
