Juicing..

to lose weight and b healthier...I use a juicer and real fruit not from cans or bottles as they have too much sugar. I have lost 10 lbs. so far in a few months since I saw my doctor last. You may say not so good but I think most of what i lost has been in the past week since I started juicing! If this is the case then this is incredible as I thought one couldn't lose healthily is that a word even?! o well in a healthy way..how's that ?,more than 2 lbs a week..

I have hand weights and I walked several miles Thursday which was good . I m gonna start using my hand weights daily and doing stretching situps,ugh,leg lifts..I also have been watching my diet. I have eliminated the junk as was a big junk food addict. Only snacks I do are graham crackers,saltines,fruit or cheese.

I m also gonna keep a food journal of what I eat daily and fee lings and such..Will keep u posted on my progress here!
