Apple Cider Vinegar Helping Me Feel Better and Lose Weight

Am using Bragg's. brand of vinegar. The vinegar helps me get and feel, be better. I add several drops to my juice and drink it. It has helped me lose 25 pounds over a few weeks too. I was 215 pounds. Now 190.It acts as an appetite suppressant.
It also changes taste buds so don't crave sweets which body can't metabolize. So it helps against cancer too by restoring healthy red blood cells and getting rid of unhealthy white blood cells. Apple cidar vinegar also revitalizes the body so helps against fatigue.
I live with depression and that is part of it. Feel down and want to do nothing! I have to push myself to do a couple ofthigs daily but not over do get stressed. Then U feel better. I also gargle with it. I use it as a dental rinse too.
I add a a few drops to my netipot when I rinse my sinuses as I suffer from sinusitis. I also pour some vinegar on a face cloth rinsed in hot water. I then add it as a compress over my face. I also pat it down.
It helps my arthritis in spine, knee and ankle. Injured all 3. Again I add compresses. Good if apply over body as skin.is the biggest organ in body.Great detox naturally. I had upset stomach,diarrhea. Drank juice with selzer and apple cider vinegar and it cleared up quick.

So you want to lose weight or maybe you want to keep it off without starving yourself(which doesn't make you lose weight by the way as body comes to it's defense to protect itself) and feeling deprived and hungry all the time. Well besides exercise and a balanced diet of the different food groups, having healthy snacks on hand when sugar level drops in between three meals a day is a good idea. Drinking plenty of water and making your own juices daily in a blender rather than drinking sanitized juice from super market. Is also a natural,cheap way to detoxify your body. It fights cravings as literally changes your taste buds so don't crave sugar,chocoate or salt. Juices can contain a mix of veggies and fruit like kale,carrots,apples,melon,oranges and grapefruit. When you drink them you immediately feel better and happier as are swallowing alot of vitamin C!
Some other options that come to mind of healthy snacks are: a piece of fruit like an apple,orange(has vitamin C. Great to fight depression) or a peach,yogurt in a variety of flavors like real blueberries (great to keep brain healthy), strawberry(rich in antioxidants) Yogurt also contains acidophilus which prevents yeast infections. A banana is another option rich in potassium which is good for your heart. Other healthy snacks include cheese(don't over load on it as can make you constipated) and crackers. Raisins is another. Graham, ginger snap and animal cookies are low in fat, calories. Trail mix and granola are other healthy snacks. So is popcorn.
Some Indian healthy snacks also called chaat, are: banana chips, Karaboondhi, Vadai, Pakoda, Kozhukattai, Murukku. These and other Indian healthy snacks are rich in beans, flour and rice.
Stay clear of potato chips, which are full of salt and cooking oil and Doritos which has monosoium glutomate which can cause hives if allergic. Don't eat candy bars to fill the belly if on the run either as sugar is bad for teeth. Stick to healthy snacks like ones listed above to stay fit and healthy. Remember your body is a finely tuned machine. If you want it to do what you want it to do, you must feed it healthy snacks and food.
After 8 pm is when most people snack. This is the worst time as then you go to bed say around 10 pm and it just sits there in your gut. If you must snack as are nervous or need to satisfy your oral fixation, then go with one of these healthy snacks mentioned but don't over indulge. Many people are emotional eaters who aren't eating just because they're hungry. They eat often all day whether happy,sad,nervous,bored,etc. One really needs to look at what are doing. A food journal is a great way to track your thoughts,feelings and behavior so can get some control over self and life. Just like if you like to shop, the best place to go and do the least damage is a dollar store, eating healthy snacks is a great way to control the hunger and the cravings. Here's to your health!

happy to see she is getting back on track with her weight loss,health and life after some setbacks like admitted binge eating,cheating on show,cancellation of said show,deaths of her pets,brother. Today she's back with trainer and working hard to achieve her new goal weight of 250 lbs. read old post on Ruby here.
I myself lost about 100 lbs. back in 2008 by juicing, watching what ate, walking, biking. Have more on this under 'juicing', weight loss, colon cleanse if go to top of page and enter these words into search. Yes I juiced for a bit regularly. juicing is a great way to lose the weight and get healthier. I was depressed and had reached 245 lbs. the most was ever in my life. Now about 170 which is bad but atleast keeping most of it off. I gained the weight back by not consistently juicing which changes your taste buds so don't crave sugar or salt and lose. It also is a natural cleanse so get rid of toxins. Feel great too. I also gained because went off psychotrophic meds like Depakote was on to stabilize mood swings from Bipolar illness diagnosed with. Depakote used to upset my stomach and made me have loose stools which caused weight loss. Despite being heavier, I think I am healthier off these strong meds.

Taking apple cidar vinegar to kill parasites until get real medicine..
although my stomach is producing more acid on it's own to combat this, it is still good to use apple cidar vinegar as kills parasites by producing more acid to kill their eggs but surprisingly is used to help acid reflux. Go figure! Did you know it is also good for weight loss and ofcourse a natural detox. Read more on vinegar's amazing uses!

nothing wrong with how I spell...
my dog Brandy
(she is a rescue as gal who had her moved and place moved to didn't allow pets. She had skin problems due to mites and immune deficiency to fight them. She is doing better and is on organic pet food as she enjoys living in a LOVING home where she is valued as a member of the family and not just an unwanted animal.) Part of proceeds generated from my business support my rescue work as have 3 cats also and feed the strays and have ties to Animalkind a local animal rescue group that traps strays and spays neuters them and rereleases and feeds them. Also they find homes for unwanted animals,help disadvantaged take cre of their animals,run spay neuter clinics and do vaccines. Donations for this wonderful 501(c) welcomed. Partly what site is about. I have faith in some thing higher to which I choose to call God and there fore know no fear. I also don't get angry at what others think and say. What I think of me and waht I do is most vital. I can't possibly please all, especially those who meaN NOTHING TO ME. I don't try. My mind and fingers flow quickly tho and I am an extremely busy, hard working person so I don't always review what I write. I do believe tho the gist of what is said is clear. Perhaps if it drives you crazy how I write, you are in the right place. Keep reading! What I do doesn't make you crazy. You do that to yourself by relinquishing your power to another. Food for thought. Oh did I say food?

lost 87 lbs now!
I will be coming out with a new dvd soon on how I lost the weight this past year and have kept it off! No diet, pills or exercise was required but a different approach and relationship to food was. Will be able to down load info too for $ 5.

Get a hobby and interest you love and make $ off it. Will be happier and will eat less. Also doing some thing artzy helps one feel better and also avoid addictions. cheers!

Natural Health/Food?!
I have struggled with weight since I started getting depressed,anxious. For me the two are related I was a nervous,shy kid and uncomfortable with new people. I can get sad easily over things others say and do. I take medicine for mood so adds a few lbs. I lost 75 lbs. tho and am now over weight,not obese. I intend to lose another 25 to have a normal not average body weight,as average now is over weight. I have walked,biked,stretched,gotten light,fresh air,done spiritual readings. I go to 12 step meetings,OA,over eaters anonymous, as I think food is but another addiction for oral fixatioon like smoking or drinking. Is good in a meeting to hear others and share and support each other by phone or a ride to not give in. EAting is a way to calm down and deal with stress. Journaling is good as can ask self why over eat? Food is to eat when hungry to stay alive. Anything more is not healthy. When one eats for joy of it this can be abused. I MMOB,mind my own business. I like my space to work my program and I don't over load my day. For me this is more valuable than making alot of $. It's now about power,prestige,prosperity. It's about being comfortable enough to enjoy life and following where the Lord leads me. I also have my pets to take care of. Having something greater than self to get up and live for is a great incentive to get sober,sane and stay taht way and also to live one's life.
Some therapy to see the root causes of why eat is helpful too.
BMI,body mass index= height over weight. I am over weight but I was obese. I feel good about that.
Many try to stay fit thru supplements and vitamins for the quick fix but one needs to incorporate the proper diet and exercise into the life.
I meditate and I have changed my diet dramatically. I used to sit in front of tv and veg alot, eating junk food and feel bad for self, not realizing there were some things I could do to help self. Some things I have to accept and realize my limitations,but what I put in my mouth I have some control over.
Average meals per day
breakfast grain cereal with fruit and coffee
lunch wheat bread wiht lunch meat on it like ham,bologna..with apple and flavored selzer
dinner fish,baked potatoe with butter no salt, fresh vegetable like broccoli
snacks fruit,chips,salza,crackers
juice daily:grape good for heart,cranberry- good for bladder.
Meals vary like som days may have sausage,chicken,pork chops,ham burgers
