Boy bullied at school gets punished.


If  different in some way, doesn't stop when an adult. I am ignored, avoided, laughed and gossiped about in a bullying fashion as is many against one. Alone they say nothing. Many bullies were bullied and have mental illnesses themselves. i love me and walk with God. All they have is the Devil. Who should I fear?

The Devil is operating in them. I rather be with my dog than with any of them. They stick together as don't know a better way to  live and speak. That is how get attention and feel better about them selves by putting someone else down. Has been this way since came here a year and a half ago.

I write for money online, sell jewelry for private sale, am on ebay selling, am a vendor when is one even can get to and host provides me with chair and table. Also have sold gold and silver to jeweler and antique shops got from estate and yard sales. Am referred to as retarded,slow and nuts. Does that seem like the behavior of a nut?

I think the nut is someone who sits around and runs his or her mouth doing nothing with his life.
I live daily with chronic pain in back and knee and the repercussions of two car accidents where I had concussions. Now  live with several symptoms daily like short attention span,anger issues,anxiety,sadness,lack of motivation,poor organizational skills,trouble focusing and completing a task. Have to push self. I can't bend repeatedly or lift or am in extreme pain.

I have no reliable home care as used agency that sent me incompetent staff. Family and old friends have deserted me. I  have to let things go in my apartment and do them when able. Seldom do I go far except to doctor and therapy appointments(P/T,talk therapy,GP) I wonder how happy you'd be if this was your life?!

This over-priced housing where the mills used to be on N. Mohawk st., is over-priced and ill-managed. many tenants I hear are unhappy. Complaints go unheard and they are blown off. Typical for people here who missed the class on how to treat people way like to be treated. The deluded ones here who are proud of their little city of horrors, thinks this place is great. i guess if you've lived in filth all your life, you can't smell the stench anymore.

Since came here, for the most part, never get any praise for art and jewelry, though it sells. How can people encourage others I guess who are so hateful and unhappy in own lives doing what hate if do anything at all.

I keep to self, do own thing and mnd my business. Since came to Cohoes, a small city in upsate NY, have encountered down right hostility in my direction from complete strangers never had any dealings with. I have the pleasure of hearing daily how 'noone likes her', 'she's crazy i heard', 'retarded'.  I happen to have a high school degree and work from home.

I get paid to write articles online sell on Ebay, sell my jewelry privately, do the occasional vendng at local fairs and flea markets. These people sit o their ever expanding butts and run the gums daily spewing lies and gossip about someone they don't know.

Perhaps how I live is not main stream and they are jealous. i am not married, have no kids and work on own when like. They instead must live in the beds they made and hate it. Are miserable beings. I like and love me and I don't care for them or their ways. When they lauh at me, etal., show how dumb they are.

I walk with my head held hie and do daily, enjoying my life. I find it a blessing these people are not in my life. I am a loner and prefer my dog's and my own company to anyone else's. Below is a link that helps explain why people you don't know and never did anything to may act mean to you.

Housing Discrimination Against People with Disabilities...

I have been looking to no avail for housing. Generally the ads say that they want a working person. Does that mean seniors and people with disabilities are confined to housing through HUD that will accomodate them? I have several disabilities and have a service animal, dog. Manager said on last apt. called about, that he had to ask the landlord about the dog.

This is totally illegal.I do work part time per diem doing a variety of jobs when work is available. Sold a couple of pieces of my new sterling silver, never worn, jewelry for less than retail, today. Made $33, after debiting what spent for it. I also wrote an article, I hope to sell for an online service.  Will be at Tug boat Alley in Waterford in September.

I want to leave Cohoes as I find that downtown there is many stupid, uneducated, backward, ignorant, mean, angry, dysfunctional people. They like to take their misery out on others. I have had 13 people on a continual basis here make comments about me as walk down the street. I know I have problems but I have seeked therapy and attend support groups as I walk with God.

They are heathens who depend on selves. The are far from perfect and don't see how ridiculous and childish they appear as sit on their fat asses running their mouths, picking on people who are walking alone. I keep to self by choice as saw the way they act and want nothing to do with them. I encountered this stupidity when was a vendor at farmer's market here all summer too.

Every Friday when attended, same people talked crap about me. One was a woman in her sixties selling towels and things from foreign countries with her cronies. Event was a supposed to be handmade by crafters and artists. Since she and others, polluted the event, I sold whatever too along with my handmade jewelry and art prints.

There is plenty of abundance in the world and opportunity. There is no excuse to act this way and be jealous of another's success. I always sold there making between $50-100/week. I don't go to events here anymore as want nothing to do with them. I attend classier shows with nicer people.

Anyway..when look for housing, they don't take programs,including section 8 also which have. Only places that take it are in awful areas.  The nicer apartments want  $800 for a one bed room which is higher than can go with section 8. Says can look up to $700. So here I continue to live, hearing how my neighbors have to live near a 'lunatic' and the like.

It is unsettling. I feel like saying something but am outnumbered and best to just keep walking as do, doing what have to daily. Can't do anything unless put hands on me. So I wait and pray can get something soon.

Bullies in Cohoes,NY schools and internet. Can see link below. Is sad but these kids learn close to the tree as many of their parents operate the same way to deflect attention to themselves. It doesn't stop n school. Plenty of adult bullying here. As said Cohoes is not a nice place to live. 

Also goes on in senior housing, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.

at Cohoes Public library. Click link to read more about it. Is on Wednesdays from 6-7:30 pm from 2/17/16 for one month. Is free to the public. Some supplies offered but if have, best to bring your own. Mediums Ann Reilly, host, artist from her company, Artzstuf, uses are:knitting with yarn, painting in acrylic and watercolor, drawing with pencil and charcoal and pastels. She also enjoys coloring.

Has become very popular form of relaxation of late. See you there.

Next Saturday, December 12th, 2015, will be a vendor at Craft Fair in Schenectady. Is at Checker Hills Farm, at 53 Freemans Bridge Rd. Is off Sarnowski Dr. near Maple Av. I will be selling my hand made jewelry and art prints. Jewelry is made of gemstone but also have some sterling silver. Cut own chains and added catches. Also have pendants on some of them. There are also silver earrings, bracelets, rings. Included are some silver vintage items. Also some watches, new and old. Have some designer hand bags too.  Bargains!!! Prices reduced. Trust you've been well. What's new with me??

Well end of November found an apt. drafty,old building but have roof over head.

Was in art exhibit in Cohoes,NY at the 'Venue' through www.choosecohoesforart.org Donated one of my prints to charity promoting art in area. Currently teaching art class at library.

Will be in library art exhibit in April.

Midmay will be one of the vendors at Canal fest in Waterford,NY. Hope to get rid of flea market,yard sale items cluttering my home don't use. Selling used dvds,cds,jewelry,antique bottles and new handmade jewelry,art prints by me. So it's taking time but am doing something and slowly adapting to new environs. Am thinking of freelance writing online for money and tutoring grades 1-10 at library in group setting for $25/hr. individual,$10/hr. groups.

In Albany, NY. Was awful. Indian woman at front desk told me should throw me out, when I arrived, if I let my animals(one service dog, a couple of emotional assistance, psychiatric cats) on the bed. I stayed the night without incident. She came by my room later the next day, unannounced for an 'inspection' of the room as I have animals was the reason. She said place was sloppy.smelled.water on floor near water bowl, to clean it up, hair on curtains.told me to leave now,eventhough had paid for the night. I refused to leave and she threatened to call police, so I called them after asking her to leave which she wouldn't so I opened the motel room.shoved her out of it and bolted it shut. I leave tomorrow. She said my cats needed to stay in their crates. This place is not pet friendly at all. Had nothing but hot water in bath room sink to brush my teeth with. Bird crap on sidewalk by door. No breakfast.pool, gym, just coffee in am,no microwave, paid 200. For two nights! The staff were very rude.

got attorney and adult protective services trying to find me a new place and an aide. lawyer has been talking to all parties involved. will see. reviews of campus view apts. where I live here. click to see what a dump it is. yesterday ha water leak in living ceiling and it got all over futon couch/bed soiling my clan bedding recently washed. neighbor said sorry but not compensated as said broke and no car to launder mess he made. blows. called on call number and never got call back, not even next day from building management. awful place.

So despite all my trying to get my apt. up to snuff(friend from MA. made 4 trips to storage, took me to do 2 loads of wash, I patd neighbor $100. to clean for 10 hours!), it didn't pass HATAS'(homeless and traveler's aid) inspection. No specifics on what need to do to pass. They commented on kitchen table and items on it and below it. I said, have no shelving or closet to put them on or in. they didn't want to hear my 'excuses' and will not help move me as said should have been bagged up(all) not most of things. not what was told.  Had cat and no pets in lease. Am going to get doctor note need her. Also they won't ask Judd to stop eviction but are leaving me hanging but will pay subsidy while housed. Did my best and can do more when friend Bill comes next month on 6/4 before house inspection again by building dept. on the 9th. trying. legal aide takes my case on 5/14. My worker tells me landlord can do as pleases as his place. Not so if paid up and have another year on lease as I do! Tenants have rights too. Sad an agency like HATAS, that is designed to protect the poor, downtrodden, vulnerable, doesn't.

guilty so felony will be reduced to misdemeanor and no jail time but fine of $2500 and probation and record expunged after 6 months. I am not guilty as yes did buy stuff but thought was paying for it not accuser whose card used to buy his glasses last year. Amazon kept his info on file and when I didn't have enough to cover balance of purchase.,they billed other card on file,his. Not like tole his card and used it but am screwed royally. No money for fine and am only guilty oi buying stuff and not checking emails to see he was billed on his VISA.

Lawyer given works with judge Miller of Cairo often and knows how he thinks.  Feels that if goes to trial if plead 'not guilty' might lose and could do real prison time  like a year and pay fine too. Many take the plea apparently out of fear. What should I do? ugh. Wish tony fallon had just come to me about this last year as knew nothing about this,as a friend instead of ratting me out to cops.

for alleged  grand larceny. I am not guilty first off. Is a matter of a mistake and accident. Here's what happened. I had ordered and purchased eye glasses for then friend Tony Fallon in Cairo who owns hardware store and djs for WGXC radio station,handson radio through eyebuydirect.com, a vendor on Amazon,with my Amazon account and used my email address but his credit info. (after he tried to buy glasses himself from Pearle vision and was told would cost him $360 so he said forget it! I tried to be nice and help a friend but should remember no good deed goes unpunished. ingrate.)I forgot to delete his info.,an honest mistake,slight,not intentional or malicious,after and he was billed for anything I bought from then on unbeknownst to me as forgot to delete it and it didn't ask for my credit info again so just clicked through to place and ship order. Even read emails quickly to see when shipped but not that visa his card not mine paid for it! ugh. what a mess is all can say.
. Now are you getting the picture? No one notified me of my error and he didn't as guess was angry,confused and it was uncomfortable for him to talk to me about it. Instead he tells an aquaintence of mine, Mohammed, who owns the Getty station in Cairo,NY when he was gettting gas,who then tells me,very immature and sneaky,back then last year in the summer that I stole his credit card. I denied it and contacted the police then about it that I was being accused of this and got no call back. I am willing to pay back the $400 accidentally charged to his account to his bank as he was credited already am sure as is credit card protection. Can give 200 next month and 200 the following month and hope to settle out of court before have to appear there in late July. Funny how I figured wht happened in one day but it has taken the police a year to let me know about it. Crazy! I am no criminal,no previous record. Give me a break!Also shame on you Tony. We were friends. Is this how you treat a friend? Think the worst. Guilty til proven innocent. Feel how am being treated by police as they say to me you did it all points to you. Yeh I bought the stuff on his card but thought I paid for it Ok!? an innocent mistake. I am guilty of being careless and not keeping better track of my finances if anything,not criminal behavior. Always thought if lived honestly and didn't do anything wrong,justice would prevail but the jails are full of innocent people so am fearful may be my fate as well!Keep me in your prayers please all! thanks.

Also is the armpit ogf Greene county with it's high unemployment,lack of job opportunities,uneducated citizens just lounging in front of the tv on the government dole all day. How disgraceful. Tons of slumlords too as have reported. This used to be a nice area where tourists used to vacation in the day if you can even imagine it. You can't now as businesses don't even want to open their doors here as noone buys anything from them except drugs,cigarettes,liquor. Now if you wanted to open a pot stand and sell your plants in your yard,this would be the town for you! If you are looking to come some place to eat or vacation,skip Cairo is all can say. Even with new library,they took out a million dollar loan for with money didn't have and the new expensive hannaford coming,sorry but true. SOO glad to be gone from here as yeh used to exist here.
