Owned by bullyIng Matt Sullivan who took to court to recoup my security he kept and money for damages from bugs, rodents in his building he didn't control. Court decision still pending.
Been at new place across from library owned by Ed Kingsley since July 15th. Three months in, he asks me to leave.
Turns out, is a pattern. Does this to people. Had several prior tenants did this to according to neighbors. 3 come to mind. Unfair and a waste of time and money.
Some people should not be landlords. They also should come with warning labels! I would not have moved in had I known this.
I have a year lease and cured what complained of so had no grounds for eviction. I am also getting an aide to maintain apartment the way he wants so I feel he will back off, eventually. Thank God! Section 8 will also play ball and continue to pay him as long as am housed despite his complaints of my housekeeping to them.
Not sure why people make trouble for others rather than working with. All had to do was give me a 10 day cure or quit notice that is standard with THE programs. All this unpleasantness could have been avoided. Duh!
