Street Fest tomorrow..

Prohibition,temperance movement and a throwback to the 20's theme will be the fashion tomorrow being Saturday. We will have an auction at Mason's hall,a Speak easy at Gallagher's banquet hall in the evening,vendors with food and arts and crafts,music,dancing from 11 AM-9PM. Come visit. Don't forget to come to my yard,moving sale. I am across from hardware store. I have a bit of everything(clothes,games,stuffed animals,knick na cks,house wares,dvds,cds,vhs's,computer gadgets, books,glassware,china,old bottles,furniture,jewelry,toys,vintage collectibles,etc. for $1+-5,mostly but a few things a bit more like a guitar for $35 with case and a color printer,copier,scanner for but $39. NEW!) in the back on my property,not in the front. Go up the drive to the cottage. Hope to see you there!(my sale hours are 9AM-8PM,depending on how long runs and how many people attend.

Your prayers are welcomed and inclusion of her name mentioned in a mass. She suffered towards the end,couldn't eat,drink,swallow,was wasting away..sad. Was for the best that she left but I will miss her greatly as love her so. So used to talking,laughing with her.

I guarantee these videos and these sites will lift your mood and lead you in a positi ve direction to heal what ails you.  Often times it is a troubled past,namely hurts from loved ones such as family ,friends,peers.  They may hae said,done things that hurt our feelings,self worth and ha e left us scarred til this day.  many believe the lies they were told that they are 'no good' and don't live their best lies but instead are unhappy,doing drugs,drink,are promiscuous,in an unhealthy relationship and so on.. is this what we are here for? no, i don't think so. i believe we are here to enjoy our lives,find our divine purpose and live it serving others and the Lord,making a  difference in this world and being remembered by the lives we have changed and touched.

I attend a weekend meeting  by teleconference from my home on Sundays, 3:30 PM EST.  phone numb er is on the web site and code to punch in to jo9in meeting.  in ti me get the book out of the library 'Mental health Through Will Training'  by Dr. Abraham Low,written in the 1930's for his patients for them to review when not in session with hi m.  The book as quotes you can cling to whe n in symptoms so you c an cope such as 'move a muscle,change a thought','we are a capable lot but we paralyze oursel ves with fear','inner approval is more important than outer approal','symptoms are to be bravely faced,hum bly born and tolerated' and so on. I strongly recommend this program to anyone afflicted with these problems to prevent frequent hospitalizations,suicide,incarceration,homelessness,divorc e,domestic violence and so on.  It changes lies and it's free!

If so, it doesn't mean anything is wrong with you but is a personality type that prefers solitude,quiet over  being with other noisy people all the time talking.  Unfortunately with so many extroverts,nervy,obnoxious,overbearing,intolerant,dumb people about,it is easy to think we are odd, bad mouth us nearby so we hear it, as told so often since young probably and unpopular,perhaps friendless and even may be unemployed as hard to hold a job if scared of who work with,nervous,stressed to deal socially with strangers,different personalities,especially if find intimidating bec ause impolite,poorly raised,lacking in social  graces and insulted by what rude things others say and do and keep grudges and records! How to cope and overcome so can succeed inspite of thoughts,feelings and antisocial behavior? Be more accepting,lower expectations,of self, others,be where will have to interact,don't compare, judge others,self,don't complain,mope,feel self pity,worry.  Careers for those inately shy like me are artists,writers,farm,animal workers(feed horses,cows,pigs,pets in shelter,vet's office,farm)muck stalls,pet cages,plant seeds,harvest,auto towers, proof reader,counselor,advisor.  More jobs here . Still have cellulitis..

on my arms contracted from itching my poison ivy.
Am taking antibiotics for it so better but still there as itchy and scratch and gets  red again,swells. Just need to give it time.  had made a poultice of apple cidar vinegar and hot water and dipped  gauze in it an applied to wounds but may have been too strong and burned it.

All can say is wear your helmet if riding bike. Also before talking about someone with a mental disability within ear shot of them that you are being rude and would you want the same treatment about your shortcomings?! Yes we all have them. Remember you too can get this injury. Also 1 in 4 people will have a mental illness at some point in their lives. ex. a death of a parent and one gets very down leading to depression beyond the average grief process,if there is such a thing. Remember people with mental challenges whether it be ADD,autism,mental illness,head injury,brain tumor,brain aneurism,etc. deserve the same respect you would give someone with physical illness because it is. Many with mental illness are so because of chemical imbalance in brain making them depressed. When down don't want to do                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    much.

so can write a post... not much going on. Just taking it a day at a time walking with God,using cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies. Got a new therapist. He's nice. Hopefully he can assist me in resolving some issues to improve  my functioning and life. Enjoy listening to and watching Joyce Meyers and Charles Stanley to give  me encouragement and direction in my walk with Christ so am not sidetracked by the negative thoughts from me and mean comments and actions from others around me. Know is of the devil who wants to defeat me. Says to trust Him and His promises for me and my life if obey Him. Say aloud 'Satan get under my feet' and he will flee! When walk walk with Him so ignore others as just petty people who are lost and 'if he is for me who can be against me?' It is already done and written. He died for me. That's how important you and I are. Let us get together as Christian people who love the lord and support each other and not look at differences which divide us in disharmony but what unites us as the devil loves it when we are angry at another,confused,fearful to speak to them about the issue at hand and especially when we stay away from the rest of the flock at church as he can work on beating us up.
