Go get an Eco CAnteen NOw and save big!
I got my ecocanteen for FREE today in the mail for writing this review for FREE! What can I say?...It is light weight, affordable, makes the water or any drink for that matter, taste better, keeps it cool, safer as doesn't heat up in the car like plastic soda bottles do...,uh..and is good for the environment too as all you need to do is get some water from the tap or a drink from the frig. and pour it in it and put it in the handy carrying case and go! Out of a possible 10, I give the eco-canteen a 9. why not more?! Well it is like $ 10 and I think it should be like $8. for it to really be more popular although it is made of stainless steel and is worth the extra money what with the carrying case and all!
another review for Eco Canteen here on Viewpoints!

Yes, it may provide a temporary relief to current stress and constant interference, but there are long term considerations, a rippling effects throughout the entire family. My brother terminated his relationship with our parents, and thus ended up terminating his relationship with the entire family. His children never knew their or met their grandparents, aunts, uncles, or cousins. When his children came of age, the sought out cousins via sources like MySpace and Facebook. I am currently in a situation with my one daughter where I just don't care to spend time with her. I don't want it to be a permanent thing. I told her that I have PTSD issues I need to take care of in therapy, and felt it best
if we took a break from each other for a while. My therapist suggested after I had made some progress in therapy, perhaps the two of us could come to therapy together and come to some sort of workable relationship. My daughter doesn't seem to "get" I need time out, but that's a boundary I'll have to set with her.

Save Big Money when you shop NOW!
Stephanie Nelson, founder of CouponMom.com, says it's possible to fight the rising cost of groceries without sacrificing your favorite foods. Try her simple coupon saving strategies the next time you go to the grocery store:
Plan your meals and shopping lists around featured sale items.
Use your store's weekly sales ad flier to plan your menus for the week. Then, write your shopping list around the items and brands that are on sale.
Taking a few minutes to make a detailed plan will save you the time of making unplanned trips to the store during the week—which can ruin your budget.
Planning ahead also helps you avoid impulse shopping during your trip.
Know how your stores' savings programs work.
Do they have "buy one, get one free" deals?
Do they double coupons?
Do they offer a store discount cards that gives you automatic discounts?
Do they have special store coupons?
Once you know your stores' rules, you can combine them to pay the lowest possible prices for your items, such as using two coupons with a "buy one, get one free" deal. Combining strategies can result in free items.
Use grocery coupons, ideally when the item is on sale.
Buy the Sunday newspaper—75 percent of grocery coupons come from the newspaper. Buy two to three copies per week to save dramatically.
Go online—grocery stores often have their best deals and printable coupons on their websites.
Many stores offer electronic coupons that go directly on your store discount card.
Stock up on common items when they hit their lowest price.
Don't buy a year's supply, just enough to last until the next sale (two to three weeks).
Boneless chicken is on sale every other week at Stephanie's grocery store, so she buys two weeks of boneless chicken every other week to store in her freezer. This habit saves her family of four $325 a year on this one item.
Be flexible about brands and stores.
Buy the brand that's on sale with a coupon, or get the store brand if it's less expensive.
Shop at the store with the best prices for your items that week.

FREE products for reviewing
"Seventh Generation" is an ex. They make products like recyclable paer made toilet paper and fpaper towels! Their cleaning products like laundry and dish washing detergent, contain no laurel sulfate, which gets in to the drinking water. This is good to protect the earth!
FREE! products for reviewing products FREE! is a cool concept I think, provided you like the product! hahah... It would normally cost the company money to get people to write for them so why not capitalize on the fact that there are poor people like me out there who are too cheap to buy their stuff, right?
Moms are a great resource to utilize for promoting your product guys! Who knows more about what is best for your kids and you than good ol' mom?! Did you know that paraben, which is found in most body creams and lotions, is a form of gasoline?! So do most candles so look for soyless ones! Don't use baby oil as it contains it too. YOu are better off using a massage oil like Desert Sun taht contains canola or olive oils. This way your skin can breathe. Paraben blocks the skin pores. What is the biggest organ in your body? Your skin! Protect it man!
You also want to avoid preservatives like MSG and nitrates often found in Oscar Meyer, sorry guys! YOu are better off using natural meats. Also avoid dyes like red,blue.. Avoid by product in dog food and additives in our food and artificial flavorings.. Read the labels guys!! Happy shopping and as always..Here's to your health!
Spruce Juice Bruce Springsteen regrets WAmart deal,.
Springsteen calls Wal-Mart deal a mistake
01/31/2009 12:51 AM, AP
The Associated Press
The Boss is owning up to a mistake.
In an interview with The New York Times, Bruce Springsteen says he shouldn't have made a deal with Wal-Mart. This month, the store started exclusively selling a Springsteen greatest-hits CD.
Some fans were critical because Springsteen has been a longtime supporter of worker's rights, and Wal-Mart has faced criticism for its labor practices. Springsteen's team didn't vet the issue as closely as it should have, and that he "dropped the ball on it," he told the Times for a story to be published in Sunday editions and previewed on its Web site.
Springsteen went on to say: "It was a mistake. Our batting average is usually very good, but we missed that one. Fans will call you on that stuff, as it should be."
"Millions of Springsteen fans have counted on Wal-Mart over the years to deliver his music into their lives, and we will continue to offer those fans this 'Greatest Hits' exclusive and his other popular albums at unbeatable prices," Wal-Mart said in a statement, adding: "We are proud of the good jobs, benefits and career opportunities we provide to more than 1.4 million U.S. associates who choose to work at Wal-Mart and serve our customers every day."
Springsteen released his new CD "Working on a Dream" this week and is performing the halftime show at the Super Bowl.

Individuals and families can visit at no charge three eagle-spotting sites along the Hudson River: (1) Croton-Harmon train station boat ramp; (2) George’s Island Park in Montrose; and (3) Annsville Creek Paddlesport Center in Peekskill. Each site will be staffed by eagle experts with spotting scopes, warming tents and hot chocolate. See www.teatown.org for the listing of additional open education centers, viewing locations and activities.
Each winter between January and March, Bald Eagles from Canada and northern New York and New England fly south to the Lower Hudson Valley to feed on fish and waterfowl found in unfrozen waters. In recent years, more than 100 bald eagles have been counted along the Westchester and Putnam portions of the Hudson River and nearby reservoirs. The annual return of the Bald Eagle to the Hudson Hills and Highlands region is a celebrated occasion for local bird lovers as well as environmentalists because it represents the success of a broad-based environmental effort to rescue the Bald Eagle, our national symbol, from near extinction. Every year the eagles’ return affirms the continued health of the Hudson River and nearby habitats for birds, fish, plants and people – and a reminder that people working together can make a difference!
In the event of severe weather, the alternate date for the EagleFest will be Sunday, February 8. Please check Teatown’s website — www.teatown.org — for program details and weather updates, or call Teatown at (914) 762-2912, ext. 110.
