Not alone.

Waiting for my pay and my refund as returned boots dishonest seller sold me. Were dirty and worn. Ugh. 

Postmark has gone public and is doing well but I doubt all the sellers and buyers are as poor customer service, scams and poor products. Many encouraged to buy wholesale cheap China cheap to sell to unsuspecting public. Postmark sells it. I bought a top. Supposedly  a l and 

climbed up my back. After washing is a M. Postmark is about the quick sale and not about establishing trust and the long haul with buyer and seller. Is take the money and run! Good luck getting it back, money that is. Email them and take forever to answer. If get in their crap list like me, dont. Owe

Wasn't using their lanes so they restricted my account after me using own labels as no printers 10 months. Friend printed label for me for a return Wednesday and agreed to help but they won't readd me. blows. Also said my pay may be delayed. should have gotten $ as item delivered yesterday. Got it from Laptopscreen.com. See link below. I first tried Amazon but they only had for hp pavilion 15 and I needed 14.

Saw videos online on how to remove damaged one so I tried and did it. HP.com wanted $150 for part but mine was $58 with shipping.

Was glad didn't need new pc. Have a tablet been using but prefer laptop.

(View from my apartment at 25 Columbia st Owned by Matt Sullivan. Took him 3 months to repair, paint after I reported him to Code enforcement. They forced him to cure. His quick fix..spray paint.. No lie! What a dirt bag.)

Owned by bullyIng Matt Sullivan who took to court to recoup my security he kept and money for damages from bugs, rodents in his  building he didn't control. Court decision still pending.

Been at new place across from library owned by  Ed  Kingsley since July 15th. Three months in, he asks me to leave.

Turns out, is a pattern. Does this to people. Had several prior tenants did this to according to neighbors. 3 come to mind. Unfair and a waste of time and money.

Some people should not be landlords. They also should come with warning labels! I would not have moved in had I known this.

I have a year lease and cured what complained of so had no grounds for eviction. I am also getting an aide to maintain apartment the way he wants so I feel he will back off, eventually. Thank God! Section 8 will also play ball and continue to pay him as long as am housed despite his complaints of my housekeeping to them.

 My apartment...skills. Humble. Not better homes and gardens but...Not a dump either!

Not sure why people make trouble for others rather than working with. All had to do was give me a 10 day cure or quit notice that is standard with THE programs. All this unpleasantness could have been avoided. Duh!

Jamie Varieur exneighbor strikes again! Yeh. Stole from someone else. Friend Bill Eagan reported that entered his place while he was resring, uninvited and stole large bag of tobacco and tubes worth $39/ This happened after he refused to but her son's used laptop for $100. Surprised if even worked.

She also got him to pay her $20 to clean his place. She also said could to go bank using his card to pay her. The right! She is a known thief. Must have needed money for drugs or rent balance. She is a bully Excon and fat thug. Scary. Belongs behind bars!!

Update- complained to landlord about as had camera in hall. He did nothing as did police. Useless!

Was living at 25 Columbia st. inCohoes, aka 92 Main st. Matt Sullivan landlord is a slumlord. He didn't pay super to fix things although repairss  was part of re nt
over 30 days since moved, cleaned, emptied apartment,returned keys Was horrible to deal with him and now still not out of my life!
called codes.. Said would call him. Will have to use them for return of my $700.

he already tried blaming me for damages to apartment. None. Also said annoyed neighbors. They were horrid too. Jamie Varieur is a prostitute, drug addict,thief, ex con for burglary, petit larceny,prostitution,drugs. Hit her 18 month old twice in front of me Stole $60 of my money when had her help me pack.Have bad spine and no other help.

 She lived across hall. Was annoying. Borrowed my belongings, food, money. Pushy. Hard to say no to. I am easy going. Hard to deal with someone like her who is a steam roller.

complained to him,codes,and police about it. So I was thrown out. Am honest, have no record not on drugs not a thief nuisance borrower.if said nothing, would still be there! Best ou t.
