Well they finally found the remains of poor little Kahlee in Florida. Since it was not a premeditated act, in that she didn't mean to kill her kid with chloraform, I think she will get murder 2...
How about that bomb going off in that Indianapolis bank huh?! Do you think it had to do with a robbery?!
And what will or should happen to the governor of Illinois?! Yeh taht senate seat might have been worth something but man ..how stupid can you be telling everyone about it?! duh!
What about that plane accident that killed that family?! How freaky was that?!
Man it was windy here in upstate NY last night! Glad to have my heat back on after that ice storm..HOw about YOu?!
Oh and let's not forget the Fed may bail out the auto industry,now..

Who said it was Chloroform? Or an accident? Or what types of punishment the mom will get? The medical examiner just now today (18th) confirmed that it is Caylee's body and that it was murder. No cause of death has been released. The police found chloroform but that does NOT indicate that she was murdered by that. They found searches for how to break necks on the computer. That doesn't mean her neck was broken either.
hmm...it is alleged that she killed the kid accidentally by a chloroform overdose, if you follow the news...but anyway, you are right in that no autopsy has been performed yet to show any degree of accuracy so..it is all theory at this point. Often with people who abuse drugs and enjoy partying and have kids, the behavior is to drug them in some way so they can continue to party in spite of their children. The mother in this instance even tried to give the child up for adoption as she didn't want her but the parents made her keep her. Sadly, if someone else raised her that wanted her, even the grandparents, Kaylee may very well be alive today. Perhaps it is the grandparents' guilt rather than their love for their daughter, that has made them side with their daughter, rather than help more in this investigation of Kaylee's death which is now being called a HOMICIDE. Duct tape was found on the mouth of the body implying she was silenced before she died to quiet her. That would be murder in my book, not an accident but that was a new development since my initial post.
also.. it is odd to do searched on the computer for breaking necks even let alone chloroform..She also has mental problems such as bipolar which helps her insanity defense which is why I don't think she will get the death penalty let alone murder one.
