can really be painful and kill your summer! Yeh, it's been brutal hot,in the 90's lately on east coast,upstate NY,lately so sweating a lot and razor burn not healing under arms. Also was wearing new sports bras bought that cover part of arm pit, not allowing it to breathe even though nylon cotton blend. Best to not wear in ot weather when not exercising. Kind of like walking around in wet bikini all day!Now pharmacist tells me is yeast infection! Ugh , is all can say. She recommended a fungal ointment,generic brand of Lotriman. Dog just got over yeast infection of ears and now my turn.

yeh that's me in a bikini top, hanging out a bit..lol..which proves my point how many don't wear the right bra size. or atleast I didn't in this photo,ha!

Anyway, it is really unhealthy to do this as it doesn't support the 'girls', pushes them in, if a bad sports bra, makes you sweat, cuts of circulation if too tight, also looks awful. The correct way to measure your bra size is a mystery to many who wear the same size they wore ten years ago. These are the same people you see wearing spandex and stretch pants with no top over them to cover their massive buts and thighs and hips! omg! Anyway, the way you do it is with a clothing easuring tape and size over your ribs. Then add an inch or two. This is your band size like say a 44 which is mine. Then you measure cup size by adding the distance from your rib to the top of your chest. If it is 5 inches like in my case then you are probably a DD. ths makes your correct bra size to be a 44DD. A 44 doesn't mean your big or busty. It is just your rib cavity size! Sorry guys!! ha..
