So dear whiny Kate went home last night on this new reality show produced by no other than Top Model's great, Tyra BAnks or Tyra! She didn't really fit in there but she did have some good ideas on fashion. She was an attractive woman but she did like to have her business hanging out which was rather "declasse" as they say. Oh well..am sure she will do something in fashion as being on t.v. does help one. I think Ashley may win it all. Do you follow this?! What do you think??
How about the "Biggest Loser"?! The last one to go home went from a 24 to now an 8. She said she was actually the biggest "winner" and I would have to agree! As for me..I am slowly losing a bit but with the holidays and my mom visiting from downstate, it has been rough. HOw about you? Are you dieting or watching your weight?

I think that is very good advice. I only write about things that interest me. Usually I end up learning something I didn't know before while researching a post. I don't post something just to put something new up.
Another thing is that I try to write positive things instead of negative. I did some negative posts when I first started and it just feels better for me to be positive. Thank you.
